I’ve been rolling up my sleeves and going to work for buyers and sellers of all kinds since 1988, and I strive to go above and beyond to exceed client’s expectations and provide successful, less stressful transactions.

 

I’ve predominantly worked in all facets of residential real estate over the years, although I also have extensive experience in existing homes, new construction, vacant land and lots, multi-family, commercial and land development. I was also a broker/owner of an office in Hudson for 9 years and built it up from 1 agent to 15.

 

Having this broad range of experience over the past 38+ years, there’s almost nothing that could pop up in your transaction that I haven’t experienced before, so I’ll not only deal with it quickly and efficiently, I often times anticipate it and address it before it becomes an issue, therefore making the transaction more efficient and less stressful.

 

As cousins, Abby came to me and asked about getting into real estate. I told her what it would take and how it’d likely go. She was determined and excited to dive in, so she worked with me to get started and learn the business. She then went on to team with Lonnie Larson and subsequently purchased his book of business. As I was looking to transition into a part-time role in the business, I spoke to Abby about partnering up and working on my book of business together. She was all for it and we began that partnership as of January of 2026.

 

We’re experiencing a tremendous response to our partnership with both buyers and seller clients. They love how we bring my years of experience, Abby’s positivity, energy, and grasp of technology and use of video to market us and our properties.
