Full disclosure, Abby is my niece (in-law) but our choice to have her sell our home was the easiest decision ever. Our home was a unique floor plan and we knew that it would take just the right buyer to appreciate it. We had a ton of showings, but never got discouraged with the feedback, knowing that the buyer would come along. The home was staged beautifully, we know. she presented it in the best possible way. We had to navigate an offer, which fell through thanks to a reactionary inspector and very incompetent buyer’s agent.
