A little about me and how it all began… 

 

Prior to real estate I spent my time working in the service industry… as soon as I have been old enough to work, I got a job at a restaurant as a hostess.  Many years following that and all through college and post college I played almost every role you can think of in a bar/ restaurant.  I loved it.  I loved serving guests. I loved being responsible for my “section”.  I ran it like it was my own little business and my product was food and drink.   The that I had the power to make someones evening exceptional based on the service I provided was something that I never took lightly.  AND the best part… the friendships and connections you make in the service industry are some of the best. 

 

My dream was to own my own bar/ restaurant one day… but that dream quickly changed when I found out that I was going to be a mom sooner than I had planned.  I needed to make a career change that allowed a little more flexibility with my time. 

 

Real Estate seemed like the perfect fit.  Everything I learned about service in the restaurant industry easily translated to how I serve my clients now in buying and selling homes.  Making sure my clients have an exceptional, seamless home buying /selling process is my top priority and seems to be my strength.  The search, the strategy and the excitement of the industry had me hooked and led me to the decision to make a career out of it.  I love helping my clients through the intricate process of buying and selling their home and investment properties and am motivated by making it a stress free and smooth as possible.

 

I started as a buyers agent on a team with an amazing leader/mentor LONNIE LARSON.  Since that I have helped over 300 plus clients by and sell homes.  Lonnie’s time in real estate came to an end in 2022 and I now Lead the LONNIE LARSON - Singerhouse Team, who I am so very fortunate and proud of.  

 

I now love helping people build wealth through real estate and am always on the hunt for investment properties myself.
